There has been some fantastic achievements by pupils with special needs working with food and here we highlight some of their work. This is an area where many pupils can be successful and use their creativity in a practical way. The food manufacturing and catering industry are one of the biggest employers in Europe. Pupils who are developing these transferable and useful skills to take with them into adult life will find many employment opportunities with food.
